Patrick is an experienced advisor specializing in business real estate, general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and former appellate clerk, he brings an inquisitive perspective to every deal and dispute. Having served as general counsel for several entities, Patrick provides a pragmatic, senior-level insight that businesses need to navigate sophisticated challenges. A longtime Colorado Springs resident, he is a dedicated community member who enjoys the mountain climate and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Patrick joined Sparks Willson in July of 2021. His practice focuses on business real estate, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, special district matters, and corporate litigation. Prior to joining Sparks Willson, Pat worked for various local and national firms and has also served as general counsel for several entities. Pat earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. After law school, Pat served as a judicial law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Pat is a longtime Colorado Springs resident and involves himself in the local community. He enjoys the Colorado climate and spending time with his wife and daughters.
