Kristen is a corporate lawyer with years of large-firm and in-house experience. Kristen began her career as a capital markets associate in New York. Prior to joining Sparks Willson, Kristen led the legal function for a Nasdaq-listed company.
Kristen Gould joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining Sparks Willson, Kristen served in successive roles with Solid Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLDP), culminating in her service as Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary. In this role, Kristen led the legal function and advised on transactional, governance, disclosure, and compliance matters.
Kristen began her career as a capital markets associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. At Weil, she represented issuers, underwriters, and private equity sponsors in connection with a variety of securities offerings and advised public companies on Exchange Act reporting.
Kristen is based in Denver and enjoys taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer. In her free time, you can find her hiking in the Front Range, skiing, and trying new restaurants.
