Darla is a cornerstone of the firm’s business division, bringing over 35 years of specialized experience to every corporate transaction. Since joining Sparks Willson in 1997, she has guided clients through the technical lifecycles of business, from initial formation and recordkeeping to complex equity financing and mergers. Darla provides the meticulous due diligence and senior-level support that sophisticated business matters require. When away from the office, she is a dedicated family advocate who enjoys supporting her grandsons’ sporting events across Colorado.

More About Darla Wildeman

Darla has more than 35 years of experience as a paralegal and joined Sparks Willson in 1997. Darla assists the attorneys in the business division with all phases of corporate law, from formation to equity financing to acquisitions and mergers. Her experience in corporate maintenance, recordkeeping, minute books, due diligence, and business transactions allows her to provide valuable assistance to our business clients.

Darla is an active member of Pikes Peak Paralegals and the NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals).

When she is not at the office, Darla enjoys spending time with family in Colorado, watching her grandsons play sports, and making trips to visit family in Kansas.
