His practice spans numerous industries, including financial, oil and gas, technology, aviation, retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare industries. Casey has tried cases in federal and state courts across the country, and has also conducted numerous internal investigations. A Colorado Springs native, Casey returned home after two decades elsewhere—including time spent in Argentina and India—to provide local clients with world-class advocacy in complex disputes and internal investigations. He is an avid sportsman dedicated to bringing sophisticated litigation expertise to the community where he was raised.

Casey was born and raised in Colorado Springs. After graduating from Colorado State University, he spent two decades living and working around the globe, including working in Los Angeles, Argentina, and India, and practicing law in New York and Texas. He is excited to be back home to continue representing clients in high-stakes litigation and spending time with his family in the Colorado outdoors.
